40+ Years of Real Estate Knowledge & Experience

Kathleen E. Cook and Bruce A. McCue have a combined 40+ years of experience as real estate brokers.

Kathleen was born and raised in Boston. She is a graduate of Stonehill College and the University of College Dublin with a B.S. degree in Business. She is a member of the Artists' Association of Nantucket. Previously, Kathleen was recognized as Sales Champion by the Cape Cod and Islands Board of Realtors. She is also active in various non-profit groups and foundations in the Boston area.

Bruce is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a B.S. in Biology. He currently serves as President on the Board of Directors at the Lyric Stage Company of Boston and is a member of the Board of Directors at the Artists' Association of Nantucket. He was previously recognized by the Cape Cod and Island Board of Realtors for Outstanding Co-operation and Support.

Kaitlyn Cook graduated from Saint Anselm College with a B.A. in Intenational Business and as a member of the National French Honor Society. While attending Saint Anselm College, Kaitlyn studied abroad in Paris at the Sorbonne and the British Institute of Paris. She was also a member of the Saint Anselm Varsity field hockey team. She served as team captain for the 2004 and 2005 seasons and was voted Most Valuable Player following the 2003 season. Kaitlyn is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Massacusetts.
